Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped every Monday via UPS or USPS. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–5 business days depending on the destination within the United States.

Note: For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, delivery times may be longer and can vary depending on carrier availability.

Cronkie is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, adverse weather conditions, high carrier volume, or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our food products, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. However, if your order arrives incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.

Cancellations & Modifications

All cancellations or modifications must be requested at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled pickup or shipping date. Once preparation of your order has begun, we are unable to make changes, modifications, or cancellations. We appreciate your understanding, as each cookie is handcrafted especially for you.
